건축물의 공사시공자가 설계도서에 따라 적합하게 시공하는지에 대한 여부를 확인 및 감독하는 등 현장 시공 상황을 파악하는 것을 의미하며, 건축물이 관계 법령의 규정에 적합하고 안전 기능 및 미관에 지장이 없도록 시공되도록 관리하는 것을 말합니다. During construction, we continuously observe and document activity, working closely with contractor personnel to achieve the expectations of the client and design team.

신축에서 유지관리에 이르기까지 지속적이고 장기적인 측면에서 시설물 전반에 대하여 관리하는 것으로, 시설내용의 변경 및 설비의 교체와 개선 등의 서비스를 말합니다. we are looking for a way to monitor and make changes to their systems, equipment and furniture to enhance the organization's ability from anywhere in the building.
